Our White Maize Meal is truly Wholegrain in that it still contains the Maize Germ (which contains protein, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and plant oil) as well as the Fiber with both almost always removed in commercial maize meal production.

Due to the higher fiber content and consistency, this Maize Meal is intended for use as porridge. It is quite filling and has a very nice texture when cooked.
